Responsibilities

As a fully remote customer inbound representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meeting sales targets on time by working closely with the sales team, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to support sales efforts, share best practices, and drive results.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and virtual communication tools to provide exceptional customer experiences.
