Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
• Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
• Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
• Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
• Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills and experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused approach for positive customer experience and resolution
