Key Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Customer Inbound Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meeting sales targets on time and exceeding expectations through effective sales strategies and techniques
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
• Creating and delivering presentations that match the audience's needs and preferences
• Guiding warm leads through the sales funnel and closing deals to achieve sales targets
