Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Perks
