Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant – Data Entry and Operations Support to join our team in Lebanon, NH. As a key member of our QIC DME team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for someone who's self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant – Data Entry and Operations Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Producing and maintaining data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues, and alerting management as needed
  • Performing database queries to support analysis and reporting, and resolving issues promptly
  • Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, and undertaking special projects as assigned
  • Providing periodic and consistent information to management on project progress and outcomes
  • Performing audits of own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
  • Assisting in the creation and closure of medical case files, including data entry and records management
  • Providing support with decision notification, including mailing and faxing decision letters
  • Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information
  • Determining when work assignments require supervisor intervention
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems is preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years

Home Office Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet speed of 20mbps or higher (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)
  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet via Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power source
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Annual salary: $17.75 - $19.00
  • Other rewards, including short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards
