Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and solutions expertise to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product and solutions expertise
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
