Job Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of CSRs to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of branch operations. You'll work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of CSRs to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of branch operations

  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Coach and develop CSRs to improve their sales and customer service skills
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to CSRs
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and branch operations metrics
  • Participate in community involvement activities and sponsorships to promote arenaflex's brand and reputation

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail banking or a related industry

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, CSRs, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Professional staff development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Proven sales techniques and sales management skills, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Technical skills and experience to operate teller software, Word, Excel, and other bank-related computer programs
  • Strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Salary range: $23.27 - $34.90 per hour (depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, and location)
