Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Craig, AK. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting arenaflex services, and handling various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Promote arenaflex services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling
- Receive and process power and telecom service orders and payments
- Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Balance daily cash, handle customer billing (charges, credits, etc.), and perform various administrative tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Periodically travel to other properties and meetings/trainings as required
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in an office or face-to-face customer service environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and 10-key skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by arenaflex
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
- Proven ability to cope with Alaska's harsh weather and challenging environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of power and telecommunications services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (Alaska Native languages or other languages spoken in Alaska)
