Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
