Role Overview

Could you be our next Customer Retention Representative? arenaflex is looking for an experienced Customer Retention Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of the Company. You'll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team. Representatives play a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance.

What You Will Do

* Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information.

  • Answer questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately document the information on the appropriate database.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.

What You Can Bring

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance industry setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills, including friendly, efficient, and active listening
  • Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute, pre-employment assessment required

  • Strong understanding of insurance products and policies
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
