Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and working to resolve issues related to shipments, billing, and other customer concerns. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls in a timely and professional manner, resolving their queries and concerns to their satisfaction
- Processing orders and working to resolve issues related to shipments, billing, and other customer concerns
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Educational and Other Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following educational and other requirements:
- 2-4 years of prior customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college equivalent a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
- AS 400, JD Edwards experience helpful but not necessary
- Basic computer skills required
- Able to accurately type 45 words per minute
