Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, resolving their concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate level when necessary
- Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of customers
- Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
- Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
- Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
- Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of customers
- Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- A Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
