Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their concerns and provide product information
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions confidently
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
