As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our AEP ecosystem, developing and maintaining custom applications and integrations, and integrating AEP with other Adobe products and third-party systems.

Job Summary

As an Associate Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AEP solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. You will collaborate with technical professionals, analysts, and engineers to optimize AEP and CJA dashboard solutions, troubleshoot and resolve development issues, and work closely with Architects to implement AEP solutions. Your primary focus will be on the development and implementation of AEP solutions, with a strong emphasis on security best practices.

Essential Responsibilities

* Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions, as well as provide general production monitoring and support, meeting defined scope, target dates, and budgets with minimal or no defects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor work against production schedule and provide progress updates and report any issues or technical difficulties to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Document technical processes and procedures, and participate in technical reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of solutions with architecture to ensure solution alignment to enterprise goals and standards.
  • Perform technical analysis and provide insights to support decision-making across various departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant technologies and industry best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Experience

* 1 year of experience in one or many of the following tasks: analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates, and budgets with minimal or no defects.

  • 1 year of technical problem-solving, solution implementation, team/project collaboration.
  • 1 year of basic computer science concepts and principles, common operating systems, development languages/scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience with technology platforms, application development tools, business processes, software development life cycle used by our enterprise.

  • 3 years of experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs for optimizing short-term execution while planning for long-term technical capabilities.
  • 3 years of experience working with a variety of technology systems, designing solutions or developing technology solutions in healthcare.
  • 3 years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective services.
  • 3 years of technical governance, quality, and technical security best practices.
  • 3 years of experience translating requirements, design mockups, prototypes, or user stories into technical designs.
  • 3 years of experience producing technical solutions that are fault-tolerant, efficient, and maintainable.

  • Entry-level track record in designing, implementing, and/or supporting large-scale technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated passion for user experience and improving usability.
  • Team Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Education

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
