Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth for our customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers. You will work closely with our team to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the appropriate level when necessary
- Provide quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and build long-term relationships
- Work closely with our team to stay current on industry trends, products, and services, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide informed solutions to customers
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring that you are always compliant and knowledgeable
Requirements
* Licensed Property and Casualty (P&C) Agent
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
- 1 or more years of insurance sales and service experience, with a strong background in customer service and sales
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical background, with the ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
- Accountable and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
