Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
