Job Summary

As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by converting warm leads into satisfied customers. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, highlight our top-tier service offerings, and seal the deal. Key Responsibilities

* Convert warm leads into satisfied customers through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service

• Highlight arenaflex's top-tier service offerings and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize CRM databases (ServiceTitan) to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including revenue targets and call volume
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Computer savvy with experience using Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases
• Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
• Excellent attendance is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales experience in the home services industry

• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM databases
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
