Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
