Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and providing expert product knowledge to help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus!
