Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers
- Leveraging various communication channels to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints
- Utilizing multiple systems and programs simultaneously to multitask and interact with members and/or providers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and technology systems
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous experience
- Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
