Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through various channels, help them navigate our website and online ordering system, and become a product and solutions expert. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to provide legendary service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn
