Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
