Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions to our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
