The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating data in spreadsheets, CMS platforms, and internal systems
  • Maintaining accuracy and consistency of data across various databases
  • Assisting with organizing product listings, reviews, and content tagging
  • Performing routine data audits to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborating with team members to support administrative tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry and Management: + Enter and update data in spreadsheets, CMS platforms, and internal systems + Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across various databases + Perform routine data audits to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Content Organization and Tagging:

+ Assist with organizing product listings, reviews, and content tagging + Ensure accurate and consistent categorization of content

  • Team Collaboration:

+ Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks as needed + Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow

Ideal Profile
