Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker - Part Time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to grow their financial well-being. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, recommending suitable deposit and other banking products and services to help them achieve their objectives. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Develop a deep understanding of our consumer deposit products, educating customers on their features, benefits, and applications. - Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. - Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership. - Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. - Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role. - Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales. - Cash handling skills and experience with technology such as mobile services and online banking services. - Comfort with technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
