Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Manager to join our team in Lansing, MI. As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, leading direct reports, and attaining daily operational goals. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, including customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Lead direct reports, including exempt and non-exempt employees, and develop their skills and performance
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer needs
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, as well as arenaflex's health and safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned, including off-shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
Essential Functions

- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
Qualifications
* H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $65,000 per year, paid twice per month
