Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and growing their financial well-being. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services to help them achieve their objectives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues, educate customers on our products and services, and promote a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and recommending appropriate products and services to meet their objectives
  • Educate customers on our consumer deposit products, promoting a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's standards
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation, consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the growth of arenaflex

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Cash handling skills, with experience handling cash, processing transactions, and balancing daily
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
