Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, editing, processing, and verifying the accuracy of service requests from customers utilizing various inbound systems such as Five9, Service Channel, FM Pilot, etc.
- Initiating and following up on required action in response to customer service change requests, by assisting in the maintaining accurate customer master data.
- Communicating and working closely with appropriate departmental personnel.
- Recommending changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center.
- Providing back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary.
- Receiving, evaluating, and answering customer inquiries of a general nature in a timely manner using available resources and training material that are provided.
- Holding high standards of conduct with utmost professionalism and respect when engaging with external and internal customers.
- Performing duties and responsibilities as described in the provided systems.
- Performing other related duties in support of the team as assigned by management.
- Working hand in hand with the branches to provide a seamless process for our customers.
What You Need to Succeed
* High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time
- Proficient computer skills
- Must have a flexible schedule and able to work the on-call shift as needed
- Flexible, cooperative, and proactive
- Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot
- Execute tasks in a timely manner and in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented
- SAP knowledge a plus

Compensation
The expected Base Hourly Range: $15.14-$26.82 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
