Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker Part Time, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering a seamless and personalized experience to our customers, and helping them achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, effectively resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including savings, checking, and loans
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
