Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker – Part Time, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing customer relationships, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and you'll use your expertise to recommend the right solutions to help them achieve their objectives. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and recommending arenaflex's products and services to meet their objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications
- Strong sales and customer service skills
