Experienced Part-Time Customer Retention Representative – Insurance Policy Maintenance and Customer Support

Role Overview

Could you be our next Customer Retention Representative? arenaflex is looking for an experienced Customer Retention Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of the Company. You’ll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team. Representatives play a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Retention Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information. - Answering questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately documenting the information on the appropriate database.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: -

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED - Customer service experience - Excellent oral and written communication - Superior customer service skills required – friendly, efficient, good listener - Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work under pressure and multi-task - Excellent organization and time management skills - Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions - Have a desire to learn and grow within the Company - Must type 30 words per minute, pre-employment assessment required -

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the insurance industry - Familiarity with policy maintenance and customer support - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
