Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
- Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
