Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carson City, NV. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and providing expert product knowledge to resolve customer queries. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide personalized solutions
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
