Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product and solutions knowledge to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus!
