Job Description
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a knack for sales. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Responding to client inquiries, processing policy updates, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying client needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions, driving sales and growth through cross-selling and account reviews
- Collaborating with the team to meet customer service and sales goals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Interest in sales and building client relationships, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing support is available)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
