Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries, processing policy updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions, working collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals
- Support retention and growth through cross-selling and account reviews, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals, sharing best practices and expertise to drive success
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Interest in sales and building client relationships, with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing support is available)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives.
