Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits
