Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and solutions expertise. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
