The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their insurance-related queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing top-notch customer service to new and existing clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats. - Collaborating with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Staying current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: - A high school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus! - A Property/Casualty Insurance License (desired) or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment. - Fluency in English and Spanish (required). - 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or service, with a strong background in customer service. - Demonstrated job stability and attendance records. - Remote working experience a plus. - Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills. - US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong technical background, with the ability to multi-task in several systems at once. - Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications. - Accountable and reliable, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
