Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to drive efficiency and accuracy. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!

Work Environment
Our Reno branch is located at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506, and we're open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $27 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. Your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded, and you'll have the opportunity to advance your career with arenaflex.
