The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth for arenaflex. You will be responsible for providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers, working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on building strong relationships with our customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide insurance recommendations and sales support to customers, working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and close deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales and service strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets, working closely with our sales and service teams to achieve our goals
- Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
Requirements
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
- Accountable and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly pay rate: $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (if you live near an arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if you live outside of an arenaflex office location)
