Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, convey information efficiently and effectively, and strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in several systems at once.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, resolving their concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate level when necessary
- Convey information efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of customers, using clear and professional communication skills
- Strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
- Work in a fast-paced team environment, using strong technical skills and the ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, using a customer-centric approach to drive results
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
- Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
