Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
- Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
- Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet customer needs
- Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
- Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
- Accountability and reliability
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Property/Casualty Insurance License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
Compensation & Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on your experience, education, and other factors
- Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (if you live near an arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if you live outside of an arenaflex office location)
