Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions expertise to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions expertise
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working with customers in a bilingual environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
