Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Work Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedule as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
- Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
- Being a good teammate to coworkers
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a call center
- The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Detail-oriented and proactive thinking skills
Remote Work Requirements
As a remote worker, you'll need to provide:
- High-speed internet
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work.
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting hourly rate: $17-20 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Commission opportunities: average an additional $100-$1000+ per month

Schedule
* Wednesday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break)
