Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional service skills will make a lasting impression on our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
