Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
- Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns
- Documenting issues, action steps, and outcomes of customer inquiries
- Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently
- Completing supply/product order requests
- Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services
Education, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or additional education preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to present a professional image via phone; superb phone etiquette skills
- Excellent research and problem-resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite programs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
