Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clients achieve key business outcomes using our platform, while also serving as a strategic advisor to help them maximize their adoption and utilization. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, support, and sales, to communicate customer needs and resolve issues. Your voice will be instrumental in shaping future product direction, and you'll play a key role in developing scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources.

Key Accountabilities

- Own a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using the platform. - Serve as a strategic advisor by building customer success plans, encouraging adoption, and delivering product best practices. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to communicate customer needs and resolve issues. - Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction. - Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: - 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS. - Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes. - A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Bonus points for experience with clients in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms.

Compensation and Perks

The salary for this role is $62,500 - $84,500 per year, depending on experience.
