Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs, providing a seamless client experience through personalized coverage options. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, working with warm leads, and leveraging CRM tools to track communication and sales activity.
