Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective arenaflex customers. This is a combined service and sales role with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. All sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
- Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
- Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
- Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Property/Casualty Insurance License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay for this role is $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on the candidate's experience and education. In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential.
